2. Scope of Services
Edge provides high-velocity digital marketing services, including Social Media Marketing, Influencer & Creator Whitelisting, and AI UGC Video Ad Production. Detailed deliverables, turnaround schedules, milestones, and fees are governed by individual client statements of work (SOW) executed between the parties.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Whitelisting
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom deliverables produced for a client (scripts, creative edits, and ad assets) become the property of the client, subject to third-party usage rights (such as underlying creator licenses or music clearances). For creator whitelisting campaigns, advertising rights are granted for the specific period agreed upon in the contract.
4. Performance & Guarantees
While Edge utilizes algorithmic testing and historical data modeling to maximize campaign return on ad spend (ROAS), advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) maintain independent algorithmic policies. Metrics quoted on the website reflect past verified client benchmarks and do not constitute an explicit legal warranty of specific future earnings.
